Collaboration

Residents are selected based on alignment in values: low-footprint production, cultural contribution, and long-form thinking. All programs retain full authorship, with no hierarchy beyond shared care and mutual respect. Peer leadership defines not just how the space is used, but how it is managed and imagined.

We are continuously looking for like-minded collaborators —those who see space not just as a backdrop, but as something to be shaped, shared, and reimagined. If you’re working on something that aligns with our values, or simply want to explore a new direction together, we’d love to hear from you.

Programming is neither obligatory nor performative — it emerges organically, from within the work.Public access is limited and shaped by the nature of the projects themselves.

Commercial rentals are permitted, but remain minimal and in service of the cultural structure.
